October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and The National Sikh Organization has instituted the "Sponsor a Mammogram" cause to rally up forces to provide free mammograms and clinical breast exams for medically underserved women within the United States. If someone you know needs financial assistance with scheduling a mammogram, please have them contact the National Sikh Organization at (678) 821-2315.
Women over the age of 40 and experiencing symptoms such as a lump, a pulled in nipple, dimpling, dripping, rash or redness, nipple pain and/or swelling.
Women over the age of 40 and unable to afford a mammogram.
Women with a family medical history of breast cancer and unable to afford a mammogram.
Women needing Mammogram services will call our support line at (678) 821-2315.
Our volunteers will obtain basic information and will work to schedule a mammogram with a provider that is within a 20 mile radius of patient's residence.
Patient's information is kept strictly confidential at all times and in compliance with US HIPPA Rules and Regulations.
